I ordered some cabinet self-locking pegs through Amazon from this company and later realized that I ordered the wrong size. Amazon told me that the items were not returnable, so I called DESUNIA and spoke with Michael Dugan and explained the problem to him. He explained that Amazon should have issued the refund and said that he would be more than happy to exchange for the pegs that I need. Very helpful and willing to assist without any hassle. Thank you very much, Michael. Will be more than happy to do business with you in the future, but will eliminate AMAZON as the middleman.

Placed a commercial order for our Golf Club Dining Room and Bar to protect a new floor. The customer service was top notch.
