Returns & refunds

Most items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — no awkward conversations, no hoops to jump through. It's fine if the package has been opened, the item has been installed, or the original packaging is gone, as long as the product comes back in reasonable condition.

The only exception is custom-made products (such as custom-cut closet rods), which are built specifically for your order and therefore cannot be returned.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your order qualified for free shipping, we'll deduct a flat $9.99 from your refund — the same as our standard shipping rate — to help cover the cost of getting it to you. Oversized items like long closet rods often cost us much more than that to ship, so we think that's a fair middle ground. Either way, the deduction will never be more than the price of the item you're returning.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please verify your shipping address before ordering. We can't deliver to PO boxes. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable or refused, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping charges and any return shipping charges billed to us by the carrier.
