Zinc Plated Washer Head Drawer Front Screws (100 Pack)

Made for hanging drawer fronts.

These screws fasten a drawer front to the drawer box, and they work with just about any thickness of drawer box.

The washer head won't pull through.

The wide washer head spreads the load, so you can't drive the screw through the drawer box and out the face of your drawer front.

Less torque to drive.

The auger tip starts easily and needs less torque to install. Phillips drive, zinc plated.

An installation trick from the shop.

Drill 4 holes in the front of the drawer box, two at 3/16" and two at 5/16". Put dowel centers in the 5/16" holes, line up the drawer front and tap it to mark it. Pre-drill the drawer front at the marks with a 1/8" bit and drive screws through the 5/16" holes. The oversize holes give you about 3/32" of adjustment in every direction. Once the front is right, drive the last 2 screws through the 3/16" holes to lock it in.
