7/64" Drill Bushings for Pilot Hole Jigs (10 Pack)

Dead-on pilot holes, every time.

A 7/64" bit is the go-to pilot size for the #6 screws that hold hinge plates, drawer slides and most cabinet hardware. Build these hardened bushings into a simple jig and every pilot hole lands exactly where it belongs, no center punch, no wandering bit.

Hardened so the jig doesn't wear out.

A wood jig on its own wallows out after a few uses. The hardened bushing guides the bit instead, so the hundredth hole is as accurate as the first. Each bushing is milled to tolerance for a 7/64" bit, and its .664" length keeps your holes perpendicular.

No glue needed.

Linear grooves milled into each bushing grip the wood and hold it in place. One end is slightly tapered, so it starts easily.

Simple to install.

Bore 3/8" holes in your jig stock on a drill press and tap the bushings in. The .391" outside diameter is sized to press into a 3/8" hole. They're the same outside size as our 5mm and 1/4" bushings, so you can mix sizes in one jig.
