A raw hole through a desk top looks unfinished and chews up cables. This grommet trims the edge of the hole and keeps your cords neat.

Metal, not plastic.

It's die-cast zinc, not plastic or stamped steel, so it feels solid in the hand.

Two pieces, so the plugs go through first.

The lower ring is a full, unbroken circle that goes in first. Route your wires through, then set the top piece in place and lock it with a slight clockwise turn. The hole takes plugs 2" or less.

A brush that protects your wires.

The wire opening is lined with a ring of nylon bristles, which keeps cords off the metal edge and tidies up the opening.

Easy to install.

Bore a 2-3/8" hole with a hole saw, and try it on scrap first. If the fit is a little loose, wrap one or two layers of tape around the grommet to snug it up.
